Return/Refund Policy

Only defective or incorrect items without damage, markings, stickers, or alterations will be accepted for return or exchange.

To start a return, exchange, or refund, please contact us. We will do our best to handle all your requests.

Defective Merchandise:

If merchandise is defective please contact us within 7 days from the received date and Please indicate the reason for your return and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

When returning the product please include the RMA number on the top of the box and one copy inside the box.

After we have received your package, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

The refund amount should appear in your original payment account within 2-7 business days.

NOTE:

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

A 15% restocking fee will apply to any exchanged item or items that are returned damaged, marked, or with missing parts.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

 

Returns
Depending on the type of product, our warranty covers a 1-month, 3-month, or 1-year duration from the date you receive the item. To start a return / exchange/ refund, please contact us and we will handle all your requests. If you have any feedback for us to improve we would love to hear it with an open mind!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@promaxpower.com and send your item to: 2300 S Reservoir St Ste 117, Pomona CA 91766-6465, United States. Any exchange of the item you bought will apply a 15% restocking fee.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
